Stat totals include overtime and extra innings, where applicable.
When is a leg voided?
A leg is voided if it's a push (the outcome exactly ties the projection) or a DNP (player did not play).
A player is considered DNP if:

Baseball (batter) | Not in the starting lineup, or doesn't get a plate appearance |
Baseball (pitcher) | Doesn't start the game (i.e., doesn't throw the first pitch) |
Any MLB selection tied to a pinch hitter or relief pitcher is automatically voided — pinch hitters and relief pitchers are never eligible selections.
Injury voids, by sport

How does a void affect my entry?
3+ selections: the entry is graded with an adjusted payout, as if the voided leg wasn't included.
2 selections, one voided: the entire contest is cancelled and refunded (a 2-pick entry can't be adjusted down to 1 pick).
Any size, if the void leaves only one team represented: the entire contest is cancelled and refunded. Every entry must have eligible players from at least 2 different teams.
Cancelled, postponed, or abandoned games
Football/basketball: any selection tied to a game that's cancelled, postponed, or abandoned mid-game is voided. The rest of the entry is graded per the rules above.
Baseball works a little differently, since games can resume the next day:

Voided selections from cancelled/postponed/abandoned games follow the same "2 teams minimum" rule above — if the void leaves an entry with players from only one team, the whole entry is cancelled and refunded.
Timing and corrections
Results update 15–60 minutes after a game ends.
Official stat corrections issued days after a game (rare) do not affect an already-finalized, graded entry.
Chalkboard reserves the right to reverse and resettle results to fix statistical errors or irregularities discovered post-game.
