Promo Packs are a gamified rewards system on Chalkboard, designed to enhance user engagement by offering collectible and redeemable cards for continued activity on the platform. Promo Packs are promotional in nature and may not be purchased, transferred, or withdrawn for cash.
Promo Packs are earned through qualifying activity such as signing up, daily app usage, leveling up your XP tier, and participating in special promotions. The types, contents, and availability of Promo Packs are determined solely by Chalkboard and are subject to change without notice.
The Initial New User Pack is awarded upon sign-up using a valid promo code. It contains two (2) Free Entry cards worth $10 each. No deposit is required to receive this pack, and it is only available once per eligible user.
The Daily Drop Pack is available once per calendar day and contains one (1) reward card. Users must log in and claim the card before the day ends; unclaimed cards may expire.
Level Up Packs are awarded when a user reaches a new XP Tier. Each pack contains three (3) reward cards. Higher XP tiers may yield more valuable cards. XP tiers are as follows:
Rookie (Levels 1–4)
Starter (Levels 5–14)
All-Star (Levels 15–24)
Hall of Fame (Levels 25–100)
Promo Packs contain cards of varying rarity tiers:
Common – Most frequent, least valuable
Rare – Less frequent, more valuable
Epic – Least frequent, most valuable
Cards may include a variety of bonus types, such as:
Free Entry – Covers the cost of a specified entry
Deposit Match – Grants bonus funds based on deposit amount
Player Boost – Enhances payout for entries including a specific player
Payout Boost – Increases payout of a winning entry by a set %
Respawn – Refunds a losing entry within 48 hours (up to a capped amount)
Stat-Specific Boost – Boosts payouts for entries with certain stat categories
League-Specific Boost – Boosts payouts for entries with only a specific league
Turbo – Adds stat values from one category to another for a bonus edge
Promo Pack cards are subject to expiration, eligibility restrictions, and entry limitations. Details for each card (including value, expiration, eligible leagues, and restrictions) are visible in-app. Once a card is used or expired, it cannot be restored.
Any misuse of Promo Packs, including but not limited to exploitation of technical bugs, repeated creation of accounts, or other fraudulent behavior, may result in forfeiture of all packs and cards, reversal of entries, and/or suspension of account privileges at Chalkboard’s sole discretion.
Chalkboard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promo Pack program at any time, including adjusting the rewards, modifying eligibility requirements, changing XP thresholds, or altering card functions and availability.
By participating in the Promo Pack program, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as Chalkboard’s general Terms of Service and Promotional Guidelines.
