As part of our transition from SSP to our new P2P experience, a few changes may look different in your account. Here’s everything you need to know.
Why Is My Transaction History Empty?
As part of the transition, your transaction history will now appear empty in the app. Previous SSP transaction history is no longer displayed in-app.
Did I lose my money?
No — your funds are safe and have been converted from CB Cash to USD.
Only the displayed transaction history has been cleared as part of the platform transition. Your account balance remains accurate.
If you need assistance reviewing prior activity, please contact Customer Support.
What Happened to My Open SSP Entries?
If you had open (not yet graded) SSP entries at the time of the transition:
Those entries will remain open as part of the migration.
Any resulting winnings were credited to your Sweeps balance.
You will be able to redeem eligible CB Cash winnings, or a member of our Customer Support team can help you transfer funds if needed.
If you believe your balance is incorrect, please reach out and we’ll review your account right away.
Why Can’t I Create New Entries? (App Version Below v1.14.0)
We now support P2P only. DFS entry creation has been permanently disabled.
If you're using an app version lower than v1.14.0, you will not be able to create new entries.
How do I fix this?
Please update your app to the latest version:
Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
Search for the Chalkboard app
Tap Update
Once updated, you’ll have full access to the new P2P experience.
