Promotional Markets
Promotional markets cannot be combined with one another. Each of the following promotional markets must be placed on separate entries and cannot be combined with a promo card.
Free Square
Free Squares are designated selections that a user may add to their entry and the player will have a guaranteed win outcome. Regardless of the player's actual performance, the selection will be recorded as a win. A Free Square must be paired with a minimum of one additional player whose outcome is not automatically guaranteed. The associated market will display a projection of 0.5; however, the Free Square will be credited as a win even if the player records no statistical activity.
Anchors
Anchors are selections with discounted projections, increasing the likelihood of a winning outcome. Anchors must be paired with a minimum of one additional non-promotional market and are not compatible with promo cards. Each of these promotions must be placed on separate entries.
Cut The Line
Cut the Line markets feature a player whose original projection is reduced, increasing the likelihood of a winning outcome. This promotion is run through social media, with the line decreasing incrementally based on the number of reposts received. The projection is reduced by a specified amount for every designated number of reposts.
Example: In a Cut the Line promotion featuring Patrick Mahomes, one passing yard may be deducted from his projection for every 5 reposts.
Boosts
Boosts are markets that retain the original projection line while offering an enhanced multiplier. Rather than increasing the likelihood of a winning outcome, this promotion increases potential winnings while the probability of winning remains unchanged.
New User Free Square
New User Free Square's are Free Square's that are only given out to New Users. Same as Free Square's, New User Free Squares designated selections that a user may add to their entry and the player will have a guaranteed win outcome. Regardless of the player's actual performance, the selection will be recorded as a win. A Free Square must be paired with a minimum of one additional player whose outcome is not automatically guaranteed. The associated market will display a projection of 0.5; however, the Free Square will be credited as a win even if the player records no statistical activity.

Each pack contains a mix of useful cards — some more rare than others. You might find:
Deposit Match
Deposit Match cards can allow a user to receive an amount of bonus funds based on a percentage of their deposit amount.
Additional funds derived from deposit match cards will be given in bonus funds which are subject to a 1x play through requirement.
Free Entry
Free entry cards allow you to place a free entry, on us, for the specified entry fee amount.
Winnings derived from free entry cards will be paid out as bonus funds, which are subject to a 1x play through requirement.
Player Boost
Player Boost cards increase the winning payout of an entry that includes the listed player by a certain percentage.
Additional winnings derived from player boost cards will be paid out as bonus funds, which are subject to a 1x play through requirement.
Payout Boost
Payout Boost is a card that increases the winning payout of any entry by a specified percentage.
Payout percentages include: 10%, 25%, 30%, 50%
Additional winnings derived from payout boost cards will be paid out as bonus funds, which are subject to a 1x play through requirement.
Respawn
Respawn cards allow you to refund a losing entry within 48 hours of the entry being graded, up to the specified amount.
Funds derived from Respawn cards will be paid out as bonus funds, which are subject to a 1x play through requirement.
Stat-Specific Boost
Stat-Specific Boost cards increase the winning payout of an entry with at least one (1) pick from that stat category.
Additional winnings derived from stat-specific boost cards will be paid out as bonus funds, which are subject to a 1x play through requirement.
League-Specific Boost cards increase the winning payout of an entry that only includes picks from the specified league.
The following leagues are available on promo cards: NBA, WNBA, CBB, CFB, NFL, NHL, MLB, UFC, CS2, LOL, All Soccer Leagues.
Example: An NBA boost can only be applied to entries with an NBA market included.
Additional winnings derived from Stat-Specific boost cards will be paid out as bonus funds, which are subject to a 1x play through requirement.
Stat Turbo
Stat Turbo cards enhance your entries in a variety of unique ways. The two currently available Stat Turbo cards are:
Additional winnings derived from Stat Turbo cards will be paid out as bonus funds, which are subject to a 1x play through requirement. Additionally, Stat Turbo boost cards cannot be combined with promo cards or promo markets. For example, an Anchor or Payout Boost card cannot be paired with a Stat Turbo card and must be used separately.
Walk The Line
A Walk the Line promo card boosts a player's Total Bases by adding a multiplied Walks stat on top of it. It's applied to a single leg in an entry at the time of entry creation. The boost is not a flat increase - it builds up based on how the player performs on both stats during the game.
Example: A player must record more than 2.5 Total Bases. With Walk the Line, a player’s Walks are counted with a 1x multiplier toward their Total Bases. For example, if a player hits a single (1 base) and also draws 2 walks (counted as 1 base per walk), their Total Bases would equal 3.
Moneyball
Moneyball is a promo card that boosts a player's Points total by counting each 3-point basket as 4 points instead of 3. It is designed for sharpshooters and applies to a single leg in an entry at the time of entry creation.
Note: Promo cards and promo markets cannot be combined with one another. For example, a Payout Boost card cannot be paired with any other promo market or promo card in the same entry. Additionally, Geographic restrictions may apply to any of the promotions. This can be a state level restriction or country level, for example, a promotion may not be available in Canada or a certain U.S. State.
Bonus Funds
Bonus Cash is the funds in your promo credit balance. They are separate from your total balance funds, which are the funds you get from depositing or winning entries.
How do I use bonus cash?
Entries are automatically placed with your deposited funds first unless your entry amount is higher than your available credit funds balance. In that case, the entry will be placed with bonus funds.
Can I withdraw my bonus cash?
No, bonus cash is non-withdrawable. However, once you win an entry with your bonus cash, the winnings are added to your total balance funds, which you will be able to withdraw once the play-through requirements are met. (Read more about play-through policy below)
How do I get bonus cash?
You can get bonus cash by participating in Chalkboard promotions, completing challenges, winning giveaways, winning free entries, deposit bonuses, The customer support team Issuing bonuses, or at random.
Play-Through Policy
Chalkboard play-through policy requires you have to play through your deposit and bonus cash one time before you can withdraw. For example: if you deposit $100 and place a $10 entry that wins for a $20 payout, you would then be able to withdraw that $20 of winnings. While that $20 is now withdrawable, you still have $90 of play-through funds remaining.
XP Overview
XP, short for experience points, is the main component of Chalkboard's loyalty program. XP is designed to reward you for engaging with the platform. You earn XP by taking certain actions within the app — from signing up to placing entries.
How It Works
Earn XP by participating in in-app activity (entries, streaks, etc.).
When you hit a new XP level, you’ll automatically receive a Level Up Pack.
Open the pack to claim your 3 reward cards.
You’ll be notified in-app whenever you unlock a new pack.

Rewind
Participants submit their non-winning entries via comments on the designated post on X, and a specified number of users — as outlined in the post — will receive a refund for their non-winning entries.
Bonus funds for contest winners
Contests are periodically held in which participants are invited to follow a specified set of instructions outlined in the post. Those who comply are entered into the running for a chance to win bonus funds.

Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
1. THE PROMOTION
1.1 Overview:
Taild Sports, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Chalkboard," "we," "our," and/or "us") are offering the Refer a Friend Promotion (the "Promotion") to allow you to earn rewards by referring others to play DFS on Chalkboard.
1.2 Application of Terms:
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms" and/or "Agreement") govern your participation in the Promotion. By participating, you also agree to our Terms of Service (the "TOS") and Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"), which you have previously accepted when registering for an account.
2. ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF THE PROMOTION
2.1 Binding Agreement:
Every time you participate in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. A new binding agreement is formed each time you refer a friend.
2.2 Changes to Terms:
Chalkboard reserves the right to modify, update, cancel, or alter these Terms or the Promotion at any time without notice. Please review the Terms regularly for any changes.
2.3 Consultation:
By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and have had the opportunity to consult with legal advisors.
3. PROMOTION DEFINITIONS
3.1 Key Terms:
Committed Action: A pre-determined action a Referred Friend must take (e.g., deposit into Chalkboard Wallet).
Minor: Anyone under 18 years old, under 19 years in Nebraska, or under 21 is Massachusetts.
Player(s): Anyone using the Services.
Promo Code: A unique code given to you that your referred friends must use to participate in the Promotion.
Referred Friend(s): Individuals you refer using the Promo Code, who complete the Committed Action.
Reward: The applicable reward given when your Referred Friend completes their Committed Action.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible, you must:
Be a registered Player, not a Minor, and in good standing.
Be in a state where Chalkboard operates Contests.
Comply with these Terms, TOS, and Privacy Policy.
5. PROMOTION DETAILS
5.1 Referral Process:
You will receive a Reward if the referred individual uses your Promo Code and completes the Committed Action. Promo Codes are available through your account profile after setting up a Chalkboard Wallet.
5.2 Reward Timing:
Rewards will be issued within 30 days after your Referred Friend completes the Committed Action.
5.3 Eligibility for Reward:
You must have made at least one deposit into your Chalkboard Wallet to be eligible for a Reward.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1 Maximum Referrals:
You can refer a maximum of 25 Referred Friends unless Chalkboard waives this limit.
6.2 Withdrawals:
Rewards must be used to enter a Contest before they can be withdrawn from your Chalkboard Wallet.
6.3 Data Sharing:
You agree to share activity data related to your use of the platform and interactions with Referred Friends.
6.4 Privacy and Security:
Referred Friends' data will not be used for marketing or sold to third parties.
6.5 Service Refusal and Fraud Prevention:
Chalkboard reserves the right to refuse service or withhold rewards in case of suspected fraud.
6.6 Compliance with Laws:
You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to money laundering.
6.7 Taxes:
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to the Rewards. Chalkboard may send you an IRS Form 1099-MISC if you earn over $600 in a calendar year.
6.8 Marketing Activities:
You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing activities are lawful, professional, and compliant with relevant advertising regulations, such as the FTC Guidelines.
6.9 Prohibited Actions:
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Offering any incentives for referrals that violate these Terms.
Using deceptive or fraudulent methods to increase Rewards.
Promoting Chalkboard in ways that could harm the brand’s reputation.
Promoting Chalkboard to Minors or in contexts that violate laws related to gambling.
6.10 No Exclusivity or Partnership:
There is no exclusive relationship between you and Chalkboard. You may not transfer or sublicense any part of this Agreement without written consent from Chalkboard.
6.11 Governing Law:
This Agreement will be governed by Delaware law, and any legal proceedings will be held in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1 Waivers:
Failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not waive that right in the future.
7.2 Force Majeure:
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or pandemics.
7.3 Entire Agreement:
These Terms, along with the TOS and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chalkboard.
Chalkboard reserves the right to modify, cancel, or otherwise change these Terms and/or the Promotion at any time without notice. All activity is governed by the applicable TOS and Privacy Policy conditions.
