You must be at least 18 years old to play our paid-entry contests of skill in any of our available states (19 years old in Nebraska). For eligible United States residents, you must also be a current US resident and possess a valid Social Security Number to enter contests, and have a US checking or savings bank account to deposit or withdraw funds from your Chalkboard Wallet. Users are only entitled to one device and phone number per account.

Furthermore, you must also comply with the rules and regulations of the state in which you are located. This requires you to supply personal identification and geolocation information for verification purposes to determine eligibility.

Regulations on fantasy sports contests vary from state to state, and in some states, offering fantasy competitions like Chalkboard Picks is not permitted. As a result, we’re only able to offer the Chalkboard Picks game in the following states:

Note: Players in Arkansas, Illinois and Vermont are not allowed to place entries on college sports.

For all other states, the law is either ambiguous or the regulations are burdensome enough that we’re not going to be offering Chalkboard Picks in them at launch. We'll evaluate the licensing requirements for each state one-by-one, and our goal is to eventually be operating in as many states as possible. If you live in a state that's not listed above, stay tuned for updates. No promises, but we're trying our best.

Different jurisdictions have different laws, rules, and other restrictions that affect availability. We apologize if you are unable to participate in some or all of our contests. Unfortunately, Chalkboard — like many other DFS Pick'em platforms — was recently contacted by the state governments of Florida, Kansas and Massachusetts and instructed to cease operations in their respective states, effective immediately. Sadly, this means that we are no longer able to offer our game to users in these states. We truly appreciate you checking out our app, playing our game, and being a part of our community.

If you are a resident of one of these states, all funds in your Chalkboard Wallet should now be available for withdrawal at your convenience. If for some reason you have funds in your wallet that are not available for withdrawal, or pending entries that you would like to cancel, please reach out to customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
