You must be at least 18 years old to play our paid-entry contests of skill in any of our available states (19 years old in Nebraska). For eligible United States residents, you must also be a current US resident and possess a valid Social Security Number to enter contests, and have a US checking or savings bank account to deposit or withdraw funds from your Chalkboard Wallet. Users are only entitled to three devices and one phone number per account.
Furthermore, you must also comply with the rules and regulations of the state in which you are located. This requires you to supply personal identification and geolocation information for verification purposes to determine eligibility.
Regulations on fantasy sports contests vary from state to state, and game availability may differ depending on your location. In some states, Chalkboard offers Pulls only, while in others both Pulls and Peer-to-Peer DFS (Showdowns) are available. Social Sports Picks may also be available depending on your state.
If you are located in one of the states shown above, you will be able to access at least one of Chalkboard’s available game types: Pulls, DFS, or Social Sports Picks (SSP). Game availability varies by state based on local regulations.
