Overview
A Free Pack is a promotional reward that lets you open a Chalkboard Pulls pack at no cost. If you've received a Free Pack, you'll see it in your Promos tab under Pulls, ready to open.
How It Works
Free Packs are sent out as part of select promotions and will appear as a promo card in your account.
Tap the Free Pack card to open it directly, no purchase required.
Once opened, you'll reveal a card just like any other pack. You can choose to keep the card or sell it back.
Selling Your Free Pack Card
If you sell back the card you pulled from a Free Pack, the Fair Market Value (FMV) is credited to your account as play-through funds, not as withdrawable funds.
What this means: Since a Free Pack didn't cost you anything, the proceeds from selling that card work the same way a bonus or promotional credit does. You'll need to use that value, for example by purchasing and opening another pack, before it can become withdrawable.
This is different from packs you purchase yourself. When you sell back a card from a pack you paid for, 100% of the FMV is credited straight to your withdrawable Wallet balance.
Do Free Packs Expire?
Yes. Each Free Pack has its own expiration date, shown on the promo card. Be sure to open it before it expires, as unopened Free Packs will no longer be redeemable after that date.
