How fast is Chalkboard payout?

We process withdrawals at the top of every hour Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM EST to 2:00 AM EST. Once a withdrawal has been approved, funds will typically land in your account within 12 hours. They're some occurrences where a withdrawal may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to reflect this in your account. We have no control over banks and in certain circumstances (i.e. your bank is slow, it’s a weekend, bank holidays, etc) this may lead to a longer withdrawal process.

Can you withdraw deposit bonus money?

You are not allowed to immediately withdraw your deposited funds on Chalkboard without a 1x play through. If you receive a deposit match, you'll end up with some bonus cash. Bonus cash is playable - you can use it to create entries - but it's not eligible to be withdrawn. Any winnings from such entries will be immediately playable and/or withdrawable.

You only have to play through your deposit and promo funds one time before you can withdraw.

For example, let’s say you deposit $20 and get matched an additional $20 in promo funds. You have to play a total of $40 worth of entries, and then you are free to withdraw any and all payouts from contests you have won.

Please Note: Funds associated with cancelled or voided contests do not count towards your play through requirement.
