Create a support ticket and we will make sure your entry was graded correctly!

If your entry is graded, not pending and you think your entry was graded incorrectly, should have been refunded, should have won when it lost, or you generally have a question, please send us a screenshot of the entry along with your question or concern, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Again please wait until the entry is graded, the final stats will be correct and if a player does not play he will be marked VOID after the entry is graded.
