Can I edit or cancel an entry after it is submitted?
While you cannot edit entries after they are submitted, you can cancel most entries
within 5 minutes of submitting it. To cancel your entry, select the Cancel button found in the bottom right corner of the entry within 5 minutes of placement.
Can all entries be cancelled within 5 minutes?
No. Entries where one or more picks have already started can not be cancelled.
Chalkboard reserves the right to cancel an entry, in our sole discretion, without any restrictions. If you have paid an entry fee for a DFS Contest and Chalkboard cancels the contest, Chalkboard will credit your account balance with the entry fee amount.
This would only occur in cases where we believe the integrity of the contest was compromised due to unforeseen problems with our platform services, in-game or external events, fraudulent activity, etc.
Additionally, Chalkboard reserves the right to void any pick as a result of a projection error. Entries including clear and obvious errors will be voided. Any picks used after the start of a game/event will be graded as a void.
Note: Live Entries cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Entry on Chalkboard: Step-by-Step
Once you have submitted your entry, exit out of your entry & navigate to the Entries tab, which can be found in the navigation tab at the bottom of your screen.
Next, select the Cancel button found in the bottom right corner of your entry & confirm the cancellation. Note: Entries can be cancelled for a full refund within 5 minutes of placement.
Finally, you can see the Cancelled Entry reflected as a refund in your Chalkboard wallet.
