Multiple Accounts, Devices and Collusion

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Each user on Chalkboard Picks is permitted to maintain one account. "Multi-accounting" or colluding with any other entrant is expressly prohibited. If you have opened, maintained, used, colluded with, or controlled more than one account, as determined in Chalkboard's sole discretion, we may terminate or suspend any or all of your accounts and may revoke or withhold any prizes that you have won.

Each user is entitled to three devices per account, for example: Your current phone, and iPad or tablet and an old or secondary phone. If you get a new phone, or have lost your phone, please reach out to our support team to delete the old Device. If you exceed the device limit, your account may be flagged for review. This flagging serves as a security measure to ensure compliance with platform policies and may restrict access to certain features temporarily until resolved. To avoid flagging, manage your devices responsibly. Avoid logging into too many devices using a single account to maintain proper usage standards.

Key Reasons for Account/Device Flagging

Your account or device may be flagged for one or both of the following reasons:

  1. More than three accounts are associated with a single device: This could happen if multiple users log into different accounts on the same device.

  2. More than three devices are associated with a single account: This situation arises if the same account is accessed from several devices, such as phones, tablets, etc. These rules are designed to maintain platform integrity and prevent fraudulent behavior or abuse.

If you undertake any actions that are detrimental to Chalkboard or other users on Chalkboard's platform, we may suspend some or all functions associated with your account. We expect suspended users to respect the disciplinary actions that we have imposed on your accounts. If you want to communicate with us regarding restoration of your account, please email [email protected] When flagged, affected accounts may face restrictions such as limited access to certain features or transactions (e.g., deposits). Accounts under review need to comply with platform policies to ensure resolution. For further clarification, users are encouraged to cooperate with the review process and follow provided guidelines to prevent recurrence.
